Is QRForge really free, with no sign-up?

Yes. QRForge is free and open source, with no account, no watermark on exports, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The source is on GitHub under the MIT licence.

What QR code content types does QRForge support?

URL, plain text, Wi-Fi network credentials, vCard contact cards, email, phone, SMS, geographic location, calendar events, WhatsApp, Telegram, Bitcoin payment links, PayPal payment links, and App Store/Google Play links — 14 content types in total.

Can I add a logo or custom colours to my QR code?

Yes. QRForge supports logo overlays with adjustable padding, six dot styles, linear and radial gradients for both the dots and the background, and per-eye (finder pattern) colour overrides.

What formats can I export a QR code in?

PNG (up to 2048px), JPEG, transparent PNG, and true vector SVG. You can also copy the generated code straight to your clipboard or print it directly.

Does QRForge track or store what I generate?

No. QR generation happens entirely in your browser; nothing you type or generate is sent to a server. The optional URL click-tracking feature (via a shortener) is opt-in and clearly disclosed before you turn it on.
